The Premier Futsal League, set to kick off on the 15th of this month have released the official anthem for the event leaving fans even more excited in anticipation of the tournament. Virat Kohli and Luis Figo are the official ambassadors for the league and the former features in the video.
The music has been composed by one of the most respected artists in the world AR Rahman. Futsal is one of the most watched and entertaining forms of the sport in the world. Unlike its original form, this derivative tests the skill and imagination of the players.
Former stars of the footballing world have signed up to participate in the event and it will serve as a great platform for promoting the sport in the country. Paul Scholes, Deco and Michel Salgado are the three prominent names who will feature.
The 1-minute music video for the anthem sees Rahman and Kohli singing along to the tune accompanied by footage of the sport with players displaying glimpses of what's to come when the league gets underway.

The tournament will take place across 8 cities namely Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Kochi, Goa and Hyderabad. The league will consist of 8 teams and each game of futsal will last for 40 minutes.
Legendary Futsaller Falcao will also be taking part. The Brazilian has won many a tournament in his career and has helped Brazil the World Cup twice. This is a great opportunity for Indian players to strut their stuff and push the status f the sport in the country to new heights.
