Developers CD Projekt RED released the recommended system requirements for the upcoming Witcher 3: Wild Hunt a few months ago, and as expected, it was not at all forgiving. Even the minimum requirements to run the game were pretty demanding and many Witcher fans will now have to consider upgrading their PC’s if they want to play the title.
This was kind of expected, especially considering how beautiful the gameplay videos and images look. Fans had already assumed that the game would require major horsepower to run at 4K, something only a few PC’s possess. With The Witcher 3 slated to release on May 19th, players will now have a little over a month to upgrade their systems. The game is the final arc in the Witcher series and that determine the final fate of Geralt and his companions.
