Henrikh Mkhitaryan
Mkhitaryan started the 2017-18 season with a bang, but soon withered into the background as players like Martial and Lingard took the centre-stage with their breathtaking goals. Soon, Mkhitaryan found himself on the bench and then out of the team.
Mkhitaryan was signed by Mourinho before the start of last season and easily took 3-4 months to settle in England and start giving his best performances. That form lasted for almost a year and now the Armenian is fading away again.
In a total of 22 appearances, he has only managed to s two goals and six assists is the return from the Manchester United man, most of those assists coming in August or September.
