England’s under-17s came from behind to beat Spain 5-2 in a final they dominated in the eastern Indian city of Kolkata. This is the second England age-group team to win the game’s ultimate honour this year, following on from the under-20s in the summer. Rhian Brewster was monumental in their victory, but his FIFA Rating does not show his real worth!

Nine of England's 21-member U17 World Cup winning squad are featured on EA Sports' FIFA 18. Phil Foden, Angel Gomes and Jodan Sancho have been awarded relatively high rating of 65, 64 and 63 respectively. Whereas, Rhian Brewster has been given a lowly 60 rating, which does injustice to his goal scoring ability.

Not only in the U17 World Cup, but Rhian Brewster has time and again shown his quality while playing for England U17s and Liverpool age group sides as well. FIFA seems to more concerned about the Player's image rather than their actual abilities because all the three players above Rhian i.e Phil Foden, Angel Gomes and Jodan Sancho have been in the news in the past year or so.

Phil Foden was in the news as Guardiola has spoken highly of him, whereas Angel Gomes made his debut in the last season for Manchester United against Crystal Palace. Meanwhile, Jodan Sancho got the benefit of the Dortmund transfer this summer.

Rhian Brewster played 6 mtaches in the U17 World Cup in which he scored a massive 8 goals with a scoring frequency of a goal in every 67 minute. He scored two hattricks, one against Brazil and the other against USA.

Rhian Brewster deserves atleast an equivalent rating of the The Golden Ball winner i.e Phil Foden. The 17-year-old has a massive potential which used be backed by a good FIFA Rating, and after the U17 World Cup, FIFA might update his rating as soon as the January Update.
