Final Fantasy X-X2 HD will hit PS4 next year, according to a premature listing by Square Enix. When IGN reached out to Square Enix, they had this to say, ”We are looking into this matter and have no comment at this time.” Of course what makes this new version special is the audio and visual enhancements since Final Fantasy X/X-2 is an HD remastering and not a remake, So therefore,the few glitches of the PS2 still persist.

That said, it looks and sounds dramatically better, with many of the jagged edges in the originals now smoothed out and little details added to textures. The lip sync issue faced by the PS2 and the PS3 users might be changed in the PS4 version.The interesting thing about the game is that since it’s the HD remastering, playing it on a widescreen or HD TV will be lot more fun than playing it on a PC or a PS VITA. The details have been carefully looked through and some drastic changes have been made for the good.

All this being said, any JRPG player/fan should’ve played Final Fantasy X. The HD version is exceptionally great and is a treat for JRPG players. Other than all this addition, there is a surprise in for the gamers with an additional game-in content. The remastered audio and video and gameplay is brilliant and completely worth the buck.
