The release of the much awaited game Mortal Kombat X is only a few months away. Few surprises are yet to come as players still do not some of the characters that are part of the roster. Earlier it was rumored that the roster of the game would contain an equal proportion of old and new characters, but now that the veteran roster is nearly full, only few spots are left vacant. Recently IGN got a special preview of the game in which atleast three other veterans are at in some capacity although there is a higher probability that these characters won’t be playable.
One of the new modes in Mortal Kombat X is the Living Tower mode, which is a modified version of the Tower that came as a last entry in the series. The game will also have special modes in each of the stages, two of these modes have been named after the classic fighters of the series Cyrax and Rain. The game has been imparted more details as there are “fully modelled” graphical assets that are showing off the signature bombs by Cyrax and the water bubble move by Rain. This certainly makes one wonder if we could catch a glimpse of both these characters in the game itself.
