Kunos Simulazioni have released exclusive information regarding Assetto Corsa’s next major update which is set to arrive real soon. The title started off as an Early Access game but has undergone several remarkable developments since, moulded in the process according to the feedback gained. Currently, the game is ranked among the triple A titles and the company does not seem to stop anytime soon in developing it even further.

In a recent announcement the team of Kunos Simulazioni said that they will continue to work on the game’s content & gameplay, while thanking fans for the support they had received:

“Our development team is working hard on the next release of Assetto Corsa, that will upgrade the main version of the game and will include important additions. We would also like to thank you for all the constructive criticism and helpful tips you submit to our official forums every day helping our team to improve Assetto Corsa at the best.”

The upcoming 1.1 patch is destined to give a new look to the game while inculcating some immense improvements in terms of improved graphics, artificial intelligence and replays. The players will be most pleased with the announcement of race flags and weather condition options. While information on race flags will soon be released the new weather options have been extensively publicised. Players will be able to choose between “light/heavy fog, clean/light/heavy cloud, lighting, visibility and track temperature”.

The new improvements could see the game reach a whole new level. Let’s hope there are even better things to hear from the publishers.
