Pokken Tournament reveals three new fighters

Three new fighters included in the Pokken Tournament

Nintendo has been doing a fine job so far with its franchise and the upcoming Pokken Tournaments. The Tournament will be combining the Pokemon franchise that everybody loves with Tekken. Get a load of that!! The game was announced back in August, there were also footages of Lucario and Machamp then and now three brand new fighters have been added to the long list of rosters, which show a different trajectory than the original thought that fans had in the game.

Now coming to the style, most of us had thought that we would only be seeing Fighting-type Pokemon, such as Hitmonchan and the like, but it has now been revealed in the new gameplay trailer that Pikachu, Suicune ( water type) and Gardevoir are added to the game. The choice in character is well thought of as Pikachu is an Electric-type, Suicune is a Water type, and Gardevoir is a Psychic/Fairy-type.

To add on to this, many have pointed out that Pikachu’s victory pose in one of the battles, which can be seen here looks exactly like that of Tekken’s own Heihachi, so the Tekken influence is certainly shown in the gameplay.

Lastly, there were a few different footage including Snivy, Emolga, Lapras, and Fennekin. It looks like there might be 20 different Pokémon, based on the spacing on the screen shown, plus the assists, plenty of Pokémon should make appearances in this game.
