Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC has not been released publicly yet. However, a video teasing its gameplay is available online.
The first DLC pack will feature a story mode that the players can complete. The content will focus mainly on Dragon Ball GT. One lucky YouTube user has already got the DLC and has been kind enough to post the entire thing online.
According to Saiyan Island, Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC includes fights against “DBGT Trunks, Giant Ape Baby, a neo Ginyu Force with Nappa as the leader, and villainous Super 17“.

It took the YouTube user around 23 minutes to complete the entire DLC. This includes all the fights and cutscenes unedited.
Either you can go for a purchase of the first DLC pack for Dragon Ball Xenoverse that will cost you $9.99 or you can purchase the Season Pass for $24.99. The Season Pass will give you access to the first DLC pack, plus two more packs that will be released in the future.
Bandai Namco has not announced any particular date for the release of the DLC but we can assume that it will be released later this month.
