The Last of Us DLC to be revealed at PlayStation Experience event

The Last of Us

Naughty Dog released the remastered version of The Last of Us for the PS4 this year and even then it seems that the developers still have more to offer when it comes to the game. The Last of Us will in fact, be getting another DLC, the details of which will be revealed at the PlayStation Experience event held this weekend.

YouTuber SanchoWest further confirmed the news about the upcoming DLC in his latest tweet after he visited Naughty Dog to live stream MP on twitch. Here is his tweet:

A lot of people tend to bluff about things like these, but Sancho’s news is legit. He indeed did visit Naughty Dog, as confirmed by the Game Designer for The Last of Us, Quentin Cobb. Cobb tweeted the following after West’s visit:

It’s great to see that this wonderful title is still getting another DLC, keeping the game fresh and replayable. Fans are already speculating on what this DLC might include, maybe some more multiplayer additions and maps or the much-requested horde mode.

The DLC is much less likely to include new single player content, but we can’t rule it out yet. The only thing left to do now is wait for the official info at this year’s PlayStation Experience.
