The Major League Soccer star maintains his 94 pace rating from the previous edition of the game and remains one of the best speedsters in the game to watch out for. The fleet-footed Gambian winger, who has also retained his overall rating of 70, has an impressive 73 dribbling as well along with four-star skill moves.

#9 David Accam (Chicago Fire)

In ninth spot is another African winger from the MLS, this time him being David Accam, who plies his trade for the Chicago Fire. The Ivorian is a firm favourite among FIFA fans and for good reason. His explosive pace is one of the best in the game but this time around, he has received a downgrade in that aspect. Quite shockingly, Bolly's rating has fallen from a 96 to 95, which pushes him down the Top 10 list from last year.

#3 Hector Bellerin (Arsenal)

<p>

The fullback is considered to be the fastest player in the Premier League and his explosive burst down the wing is second to none. The Arsenal man, after shining last season, has seen his overall rating improve from 79 to 81, but his pace remains at 95.

#2 Jonathan Biabiany (Sparta Prague)

The former Parma and Inter Milan man, who now plies his trade with Sparta Prague, is second on this list, having received an upgrade his pace from last season. From 95, it has been increased to 96, while his overall has taken a hit -- falling from 76 to 75.

And finally, we reach the end of this list and it is Aubameyang who maintains his top rank from FIFA 17. He has improved massively from the previous edition, with his overall being upped from 86 to 88, making him one of the best players to play with in the game. His pace, though, remains at 96.
