The 2024 LIV Golf season concluded in September, and Anthony Kim, who made a comeback to pro golf after 12 years, is working hard in the off-season to regain the confidence and sharpness in his game.
Since joining LIV, Kim has become one of the active golfers on social media, especially X. He posts videos about his practice sessions regularly and expresses gratitude in the caption.
Recently, the 39-year-old golfer shared videos of his daughter accompanying him to the practice sessions. In the video, his daughter Bella can be seen singing, with music in the background while Kim is practicing his putts. He shared the videos on X, writing:
"to the higher power 4 my #sobriety, family & the blessing of having Bella asking to come out 2 practice golf w me everyday Bella is training me 4 golf but louder. Waking up knowing #Trump2024 about to #MAGA feels gr8."
Anthony Kim joined LIV Golf in 2024 as a wildcard and made a comeback to professional golf after 12 years. He last competed on the PGA Tour in the 2012 Wells Fargo Championship before undergoing surgery on an injured Achilles tendon in his left leg.
His comeback on LIV Golf was average, as he finished 56th in the season-long individual rankings. His best finish came at Greenbrier, where he finished 36th in the event. He is now gearing up to compete in the LIV Golf 2025 season and has started his preparations for the same.
Anthony Kim reveals how his daughter motivates him on his bad days
Anthony Kim talked to LIV Golf earlier this year in July, where he shared how his daughter helps him to stay motivated on the bad days. Additionally, the pro golfer said his wife has made stories and reels, and he watches them all before going to bed as it gives him purpose again.
"When I have bad days now, I watch videos of my daughter. My wife has these little I don't know stories or reels or whatever it is, and there's like 15 or 20 of them, and I've memorized them because I watch them all the time. I've been having a lot of rough golf days, so I'll watch them, you know, as I'm going to sleep because it kind of gives me purpose again," Kim said. [51:10]
Anthony Kim further said that his daughter doesn't care what he shoots on course, adding:
"Yeah, this is so corny, but my daughter doesn't care if I shoot 100 or if I shoot 50, right? If I'm not in a good mood, she feels that, and I don't want her to see that. I know life isn't perfect, but I also want her to see the best side of me," Kim added.
