The 2024 Butterfield Bermuda Championship qualifier was contested on October 21. The qualifying event was played at Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate's International Course, three weeks before the tournament’s tee-off at the Port Royal Golf Course in Southampton, Bermuda.
The PGA Tour event’s qualifier saw four fresh names, including Russian pro Egor Eroshenko enter the competition’s field.
The 72-hole, stroke-play event, lasting four days, will be the sixth edition of the competition being played in Bermuda. Much like other FedExCup Fall schedule events, the Butterfield Bermuda Championship will feature some big names from the American circuit.
Players like Zach Johnson, Lucas Glover and Kevin Kisner will compete alongside defending champion Camilo Villegas.
Notably, the field will have four golfers joining from the Butterfield Bermuda Championship Monday qualifier. Listed below are the golfers who qualified for the $6,900,000 prize purse event.
2024 Butterfield Bermuda Championship Monday qualifiers
#1 Egor Eroshenko

Egor Eroshenko posted a 6-under 66 at the Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate's International Course to clinch one of the four qualifier spots on the upcoming competition's field. He made six birdies in a bogey-free qualifying round to guarantee his place in the competition.
It is pertinent to note that the Russian pro, who attended the University of Central Florida, is set to make his PGA Tour debut in Bermuda.
#2 Tyler Collet

Tyler Collet posted a 5-under 67 on Monday. The 29-year-old from West Virginia has made one cut from seven PGA Tour starts in his career. Having earned $8,360 from the American circuit, the Eastern Kentucky University alum is back for the 2024 Butterfield Bermuda Championship.
The golfer, whose best PGA Tour finish came at the 2024 Puerto Rico Open where he finished T68, will go for his maiden PGA victory in November.
#3 Luke Schniederjans

Luke Schniederjans secured the third Monday qualifier spot after carding a 5-under 67 at the Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate's International Course. The 26-year-old Georgia native is set to make his third PGA Tour start in the competition.
Having made three of six cuts on the PGA Tour Americas this season and finishing No. 126 on the season-long Fortinet Cup, the Korn Ferry Tour regular will be eyeing a big break in Bermuda.
#4 Ethan Cairns

Ethan Cairns carded a 5-under 67 to clinch the final available spots in the competition’s field. The 26-year-old from Plantation, Florida, has only one start on the PGA Tour to his name. Having failed to make the cut in his debut at the 2023 Barracuda Championship, Cairns will be attempting a big comeback to the circuit at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship.
