The final round of the 2024 Chevron Championship will begin on Sunday, April 21, at 9:35 am ET with Robyn Choi, Charley Hull, and Wei-Ling Hsu teeing off from the first hole. Sei Young Kim, Miyu Yamashita, and Amy Yang will be the first group to tee off from the tenth hole at the same time.
After the play was suspended on Saturday due to rain, the third round concluded earlier on Sunday morning. Following the third round, Hae Ran Ryu took the solo single-stroke lead after birdieing the 18th hole. Brooke Henderson who was eight-under for the third round, was at second place alongside Nelly Korda, who shot 69.
Both Korda and Henderson had the lead at one point but both failed to consolidate their chances. Henderson bogeyed the 16th on Saturday and couldn't add another birdie on the final hole she played on Sunday. On the other hand, Korda was at 10-under for the Chevron Championship after playing just eight holes in the third round. However, she failed to pick up any other birdie and parred all the holes on the back nine.
36-hole leader Im Jin Hee and Atthaya Thitikul slipped to T4 after carding 72 in the third round of the Chevron Championship. They were joined by Maja Stark, who carded 3-under 69.
