Xander Schauffele has edged out Scottie Scheffler in the PGA Tour power rankings for the 2024 Travelers Championship. The season's eighth and final Signature event will take place from Thursday, June 20, to Sunday, June 23, at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut.
The 2024 Travelers Championship will be another $20,000,000 purse event on the PGA Tour and will feature most of the top-ranked players in action. However, Rory McIlroy has pulled out of the event and is the only top 50-ranked player not in the field this week.

1) Xander Schauffele

In his first two starts as the major champion, Xander Schaufflele has made a T8 and T7 finish, respectively. Mr. Consistent of the PGA Tour is expected to have another great week.
Speaking of past performances, Schauffele has a win at TPC River Highlands in 2022 and also has three other top 20 finishes.
2) Patrick Cantlay

Patrick Cantlay is entering this week with a T3 finish at the US Open. He has a solid record at the TPC River Highlands, with six top-15 finishes.
3) Scottie Scheffler

Scottie Scheffler had a bit of a serback at Pinehurst No. 2, where he finished T41, his worst performance of the season. He has made three cuts in four appearances at TPC River Highlands, including a T4 finish last year.
4) Collin Morikawa

Collin Morikawa has been quite consistent in recent months and has made three top fours in his past four appearances. Speaking of his performance at the TPC River Highlands, he missed cuts in his past two starts but had a 63 in the last round he played.
5) Ludvig Åberg

After a runner-up finish at the Masters, Ludvig Aberg was once again in major contention with a 36-hole lead at the US Open. Although he finished T12 eventually, the major win doesn't seem that far.
Aberg made his debut at the TPC River Highlands last year, where he tied for 24th.
