2024 WWT Championship odds and best bets explored

The 2024 WWT Championship is set to tee off on Thursday, November 7, at the El Cardonal Golf Course at Diamante in Mexico, Tiger Woods' first design. The event will mark the resumption of the PGA Tour’s FedExCup Fall schedule after a week’s break and is the third-to-last event of the schedule.

The Mexico event will feature some regular names on the American circuit like Cameron Young, Max Greyserman, Beau Hossler, Lucas Glover, and Keith Mitchell competing for the $7,200,000 prize purse on offer. The competition will also have some local names and a couple of PGA Tour debutants like Monday qualifier Dylan Brack.

Unsurprisingly, the event’s most popular names are also the outright favorites. Greyserman is the top favorite to win the 2024 WWT Championship. The 29-year-old golfer, who returns to the circuit after a T2 finish at the ZOZO Championship, comes in with 16-1 odds, according to CBS Sports. The World No. 42 golfer is followed on the odds list by No. 33 Young. The 27-year-old American enters the competition with 20-1 odds.

Beau Hossler (22-1) and Matti Schmid (22-1) follow the top two on the PGA Tour event’s odds board. It is pertinent to note that six players, including Maverick McNealy, Harry Hall, Lucas Glover, J.J. Spaun, Ben Griffin, and Doug Ghim, come in with 25-1 odds.

Notably, reigning champion Erik Van Rooyen also returns this weekend to defend his title. He sits back in the top 20 with 35-1 odds.
