The Masters Champions Dinner will take place on Tuesday, April 4, on the second floor of the Augusta National clubhouse. Scottie Scheffler, the 2022 Masters winner, will be serving dinner this year.

This historic dinner features past champions at the most exclusive golf dinner party. This year's dinner is special as the LIV Golfers will also join the PGA Tour players to celebrate Scheffler's win.

Here are five things to expect from the Masters Champions Dinner at Augusta.

5 things to expect from Tuesday night’s Masters Champions Dinner

1) Group picture

One of the most alluring things about the Masters Champions Dinner is the group picture of all the winners. It's one of the rarest moments where all the past champions come together in a single frame donned in green jackets. The historic picture has a long tradition and will continue this year.

2) Winner speech

Scottie Scheffler will be hosting the Masters Champion Dinner on Tuesday and will probably deliver a welcome speech. Past champions can also give speeches and motivate the golfers ahead of The Masters.

3) Delicious food

The most important thing at the Masters Champions Dinner is food. Every year, the winners have something special for their guests. Scottie Scheffler will also be serving some mouth-watering food to his guests on Tuesday.

The menu for the Champions Dinner has already been released:

  • Appetizers: Cheeseburger sliders, firecracker shrimp
  • First course: Tortilla soup
  • Main course: Texas ribeye steak or blackened redfish
  • Dessert: Warm chocolate chip cookie skillet

4) Unsung stories

The Masters Champions Dinner is not only an occasion to celebrate last year's victory but also an event to connect with past champions and listen to their unsung stories.

Every year, golfers have new stories to share with other players. Golfers crack jokes and talk about their experiences, their wins, and many other things.

Speaking about his experience at the Masters Champions dinner, Bubba Watson said:

“Last year I got Jack talking about his last nine holes in ’86, and you could see the younger guys hanging on every word. When we talk about how we won the Masters, whoever that is, how we felt, how our life was at the time, what we were thinking … that passes on the history of the game. And I really hope that what I started last year catches on where someone talks about another Masters champion and how he won it. That keeps all Masters winners alive.”

5) Rival series players

The Champions Dinner will feature LIV golfers and PGA Tour players. The two series have been engaged in a war of mouths and ill-talks about each other.

Now, as both the series' players will join the Masters' Dinner, it will be interesting to see if it ends peacefully. However, Tiger Woods has confessed in one of his interviews that the dinner will only be focused on Scottie Scheffler. He said:

"The Champions Dinner is going to be obviously something that’s talked about. We as a whole need to honor Scottie, Scottie’s the winner, it’s his dinner."
