79 PGA Tour golfers led at least one stat category for the 2024 season: Full list explored

With the PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup playoffs coming to a close on Sunday, September 1, the PGA Tour regular season has also ended. In the 2024 season, several PGA Tour golfers led different categories. As per CBS Golf analyst Rick Gehman, 79 golfers led the tour in at least one stat category this year.

World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler made it to the list for 73.16% of greens in the regulation category. Xander Schauffele and Wyndham Clark are topping categories such as scrambling and total eagles, respectively. Schauffele's scrambling percentage is 70.49% while Clark dropped a total of 16 eagles.

Cameron Young also made it to the list for having the lowest round of 59 at the PGA Tour’s Travelers Championship. At the same time, Collin Morikawa got enlisted for having an overall putting average of 1.541. Tom Hoge and Ryan Fox are also on the list for the highest number of birdies and longest putts, respectively. Hoge’s total birdies were 381 and Hoge’s putts were 88’10”.
