He said:"Kobe Bryant talked about it. Fear is a great motivator. And I think that fear of failure and that fear of losing your job and winning again if you use it in the right way, can be incredibly beneficial to your career. It makes me want to work harder."He went on to say:"It makes me, after Torrey, immediately get nervous about going to Phoenix and maybe not playing well. And then that keeps me on my toes.
