PGA Tour golfer Michael S. Kim jokingly called the NFL "scripted" after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Denver Broncos in their recent match. In the last NFL game, the Chiefs dominated and secured a 16-14 victory over the Broncos.
However, Michael S. Kim, seemingly a Broncos fan, shared a post on his X account. He wrote:
"NFL is all scripted and the head writer is from Kansas City. I won’t believe anything else at this point 😂"

"I'm just above average on Tour in driving distance"- PGA Tour pro Michael Kim on his performance on the Tour
Michael S. Kim recently opened up about his game on the PGA Tour. On November 8, he shared a post in which he talked about his driving distance on the circuit. Kim wrote:
"I’m just above average on tour in driving distance. The 4th hole here is 480 and they moved us up about 15 yards from the back of the box. It was blowing hard into us; I had to hit Driver, 3wd to barely make it to the middle of the green 😅😂. Hadn’t had to do that in a while. There’s def going to be guys that don’t reach the par 4 in 2 because there’s a big false front as well."
In 2024, Kim played in 28 tournaments and had a decent performance. He had two finishes in the top 10 but struggled in most of the tournaments he played this season.
Kim made the cut in only 15 events this season. He started the season at the Sony Open in Hawaii, where he shot four rounds of 69, 69, 66, and 68 to settle in the T42 position.
However, after getting a rough start, he was impressive in the next tournament at the American Express and was tied for sixth place, his first top-10 finish of the season. At the PGA Tour event, he started with an amazing round of 65 and then shot 63 on the second day. However, after two good rounds, the third round was seemingly difficult for him, and he shot 70.
With the final round of 65, Kim secured the T6 position on the leaderboard. After a good start to the season, Kim had some rough times on the greens during the mid-season. He missed three back-to-back cuts at the WM Phoenix Open, Mexico Open, and the Cognizant Classic in the Palm Beaches.
Even in the fall season event, he had some rough times. He missed the cut at the Procore Championship, then at the Sanderson Farms Championship, and also at the Black Desert Championship. However, he finally recorded a T5 finish at the Shriners Children's Open. Kim last played at the recently concluded World Wide Technology Championship and was tied at T30.
