Justin Thomas puts out a ‘note to self’ amid his absence from the RBC Canadian Open

Justin Thomas put out a self-note on his social media handle after missing the RBC Canadian Open this week. Thomas isn't playing at the TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley this week, and his last PGA Tour appearance was at the Memorial Tournament, where he finished at T31 with a 5-over.

Amid his absence from the tournament, the golfer shared a self-note on his Instagram handle on Sunday, June 8. In the note, Thomas wrote:

“Note to self....don’t do mirror putting work in the middle of the day. Swipe to see the end result.”

Justin Thomas last appeared at the RBC Canadian Open in 2022, and he finished at T3 with 15-under. Thomas shot 69 in the first round with two birdies. He fired 69 in the second round with one birdie on the front nine and two birdies on the back nine. Thomas shot 63 in the third round and 64 in the fourth round after shooting five birdies along with an eagle and eight birdies, respectively.

Justin Thomas also played the 2019 RBC Canadian Open and finished at T20 with a score of 7-under.
