LIV Golf Greenbrier 2024: Schedule, venue, prize purse and more

LIV Golf will be returning to the Greenbrier for the second time this week. The venue of the tournament is the Old White at The Greenbrier, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, a par-70 course that stretches 7,299 yards.

Jon Rahm, Joaquin Niemann, Sergio Garcia, and defending champion Bryson DeChambeau are some of the headliners at the event. DeChambeau won the 2023 LIV Golf Greenbrier by a big margin of six strokes over Mito Pereira.

DeChambeau is currently positioned eighth in the LIV Golf individual standings and hasn't won any tournament this year on the breakaway Tour. DeChambeau said (via LIV Golf):

"I've got to win one. I need to win one. That’s my full goal."

LIV Golf Greenbrier schedule and prize purse

LIV Golf Greenbrier is scheduled between August 16 to 18, 2024. The first round will be played on August 16 and the final round on August 18.

Like all, LIV Golf tournaments, the prize purse of the 2024 LIV Golf Greenbrier is $25 million US with $20 million allocated for the individual contest and $5 million allocated for the team contest. The winner earns $4 million while the winning team receives $3 million.
