Masters 2023 Day 1 tee timings, how to watch, and more

The 2023 Masters is here. The first major championship of the year will tee off on Thursday, April 6. The event, held at the Augusta National Golf Club, will see the world’s best golfers take each other on for the prestigious Green Jacket.

The tee times for the opening rounds of the 2023 Masters were announced on Tuesday morning. As scheduled, the event will kickstart at 8 am ET with Mike Weir and Kevin Na teeing up. The rest of the field will follow. Vijay Singh, Scott Stallings, and Matthew McClean will be the immediate names to follow the starters, while five-time champion Tiger Woods will tee off at 10:18 am ET with Viktor Hovland and Xander Schauffele.

Defending champion Scottie Scheffler will tee off later in the day at 1:36 pm with Max Homa and 2022 U.S. Amateur champion Sam Bennett. He will follow Dustin Johnson, who will tee off at 1:12 pm with Corey Conners and Justin Rose. Jordan Spieth, Tommy Fleetwood, and Tony Finau will be the last pairing to tee off at 2 pm.
