Max McGreevy roasted himself at the ongoing Valspar Championship. The golfer made his caddie wear a bib with "Mr.89" written on it.

Well, it's not his favourite number. The golfer had actually taken a hilarious jibe at himself. Last week, he played a round of 89 at The Players Championship and had fun at the Valspar Championship. Although he missed the cut at the tournament, Max McGreevy's caddie bib went viral on social media.

Apparently, it wasn't just McGreevy whose caddie was spotted wearing a unique bib, JT Poston made his caddie wear a bib with "The other JT" written on it.

Justin Thomas and JT Poston were paired to start the tournament on the same hole and so to avoid confusion, Poston did that.

However, in the first round of the tournament, Thomas took the lead over Poston and asked for full JT rights in a social media post.

Thomas tweeted:

"Huge putt on the last to clip J T Poston by 1 today. Gives me full "JT" bragging right for tomorrow."

Interestingly, Justin Timberlake also joined the fun and commented on Thomas's post. He wrote:

"I've entered the comments. "

In reply, golfer JT said:

"Cmon man. ...can't you just let us have one week."

While another was thankful that Max prevented 90.

"Big bird to prevent 90. I respect the grind!!"

Yet someone appreciated the 27-year-old and commented:

"The reason I know this guy is going to be big time is because he can stay positive in a round like this. When you can have fun with the game and yourself, you are a winner."
