Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and Ben Silverman of Canada emerged victorious in the pro-am portion of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. The NFL star and his professional partner Silverman finished at 26 under on Sunday.

Rodgers and Silverman were followed by a pair of Peter Malnati and Don Colleran, who were one stroke short of the winning duo. They finished the third round with a brilliant score of 60. Don Colleran is the retired president and CEO of FedEx.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback and four-time MVP has won a few golf titles in the last couple of years. Rodgers previously won the fourth edition of Capital One's The Match alongside Bryson DeChambeau, beating Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady in 2021.

The following year, he again emerged victorious against Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes in the sixth edition of the Capital One exhibition event.

"It’s really significant. It’s always been on my bucket list, said Rodgers after the win. "I played in Tahoe for 18 years and never really sniffed higher than like eighth.

Rodgers added that it was a big deal for him. Silverman was impressed with his partner's game and called him a top performer.

“He knows how to get it done and that’s what he did,” said Silverman.“It wasn’t like all four days or three rounds of beautiful golf, but when he needed to, when I was making doubles he was making pars. He knew how to get it done.”

Playing conditions at Pebble Beach were not adequate considering the game was disturbed by wind and rain quite frequently. The Pro-Am portion was reduced to 54 holes and the professionals' final round was stretched till Monday.

Former players Mardy Fish and Charley Hoffman aggregated at 23 under, finishing third. Josh Allen and his partner Keith Mitchell finished fourth at Pebble Beach.

Despite the unstable weather conditions, Justin Rose managed to perform well and secure a two-shot advantage heading into the final round on Monday. He carded 9-under-par over the 19 holes he played on Sunday.

After 63 holes, the 42-year-old is at 15-under par heading into Monday to finish the remaining holes.

Denny McCarthy is two strokes behind Rose. Despite trailing by six shots after the conclusion of the first three rounds, he managed to close the gap by recording a solid 29 on the front nine, bettering his chances of victory. He is currently at 13- under 204 so far.

McCarthy was playing on the 16th hole of the fourth round when he couldn't play further as darkness set in. He is currently tied for second place with Peter Malnati and Brendon Todd, who have completed 9 and 12 holes respectively.

Taylor Pendrith is one of the 20 players who finished their fourth round on Sunday. The Canadian is in tied fifth position at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am after playing the final round of 64. He concluded the tournament with a 12-under-275.

The remaining holes will be finished on Monday at 11 a.m. (E.T.) as many players are yet to play on the back nine of the final round.
