Grayson Murray tragically passed away at the age of 30 on May 25, just a day after he withdrew from a tournament he was slated to play in. Among those who have publicly mourned the loss of the golfer is Paige Spiranac.

According to Spiranac, the late PGA Tour star was a kind person who deemed even the smallest accomplishments worthy of praise.

Spiranac shared her testimony on her X :

"I’ve known Grayson since our junior golf days and I’ll never forget how he always went out of his way to congratulate me on accomplishments whether big or small. He had always been incredibly kind to me. Unbelievably sad and my prayers go out to his friends and family."

The two have known each other since junior golf, and were roughly the same age. Murray passed away at the age of 30, and Spiranac is currently 31.
