Golf social media influencer Paige Spiranac wants one snack to be made mandatory at every golf course. In her recent post, she reiterated that peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are something every course should keep available.
Spiranac is a former professional golfer turned full-time social media influencer. She has over 4 million followers on Instagram and more than 1 million on X, where she often shares her unfiltered takes on golf and other things.
On Thursday, June 5, Spiranac shared another hot take on the popular snack she wants available at every golf course.
"It should be mandatory for every golf course to have peanut butter and jelly sandwiches," she wrote.
Spiranac was seen at the Truist Championship Creator Classic last month, where she teamed up with Tyler Tony and Matt Scharff. The trio shot 8-over and finished outside the playoff.
Paige Spiranac feels this golf personality is the 'most hated one'
On Wednesday, June 4, Frankie Borrelli from Barstool Sports shared that his colleague, Riggs, is the most hated golf personality.
"Riggs gets the MOST hate in all of golf," he wrote on X. "It’s not even close. The fact that he goes out there and faces these internet trolls one on one is as good as it gets. People call him out and he just plays them in a match. So many YouTube golf videos are the same format that gets copied and overused.. it’s nice to see an actual original idea do well.
However, Paige Spiranac doubted this claim and replied:
"In all of golf?"
One fan took a dig at Spiranac, stating that she was trying to play victim, but she explained that she wasn't talking about herself.
"I wasn’t even talking about me lol I think Brandel Chamblee might be more hated in golf," she wrote.
For the uninitiated, Paige Spiranac has spoken about the hate she has received online. She has spoken several times about how she was called names for her dressing and had to deal with mean remarks and trolling.
The 32-year-old influencer played professional golf on the Cactus Tour but retired in 2016. She won once on the Tour and never made it to the LPGA or Ladies European Tour.
However, since hanging up her clubs professionally, Spiranac has made quite a name for herself on social media and is the most followed golf personality on Instagram. She has also collaborated with big names such as Bryson DeChambeau. Besides, she was ranked Maxim’s Sexiest Woman of the Year in 2022.
