Artist Pop Culture has recently created a mural of the late American activist in Edinburg, Texas.Although it was vandalized, he fixed it and vowed to continue to do so. The artist paid tribute to the late politician in a video shared on TikTok in which he opened up about his creation in Spanish and said to continue to fix it.
