Rory Mcllroy & Keegan Bradley prepare for ultimate battle against Tiger Woods

Rory Mcllroy and Keegan Bradley are set to go against Tiger Woods in TGL— the new tech-infused indoor golf league. They will play for Boston Common Golf alongside Adam Scott. On the other hand, Tiger Woods will compete alongside Kevin Kisner and Tom Kim for the Jupiter Links.

Rory Mcllroy, a Northern Irish professional golfer, belongs to the PGA Tour and the European Tour. He is also one of the co-founders of TGL Golf, joined by Tiger Woods and Mike McCarley. While this is the fourth match since the league’s debut, it’s the first time the two co-founders will be playing against each other, making it one of the most anticipated contests yet.

Keegan Bradley, the 38-year-old American PGA Tour golfer who will be playing for Boston Common Golf, turned pro in 2008. He has secured seven PGA Tour wins and one PGA championship win. Ryder Cup captain Bradley took to Instagram to share his excitement about the upcoming TGL game. He posted a picture of his golf bag at the SoFi center with the caption:

“Game day. Let’s go Boston!”

Tiger Woods made his TGL debut on January 14, 2025, when the Jupiter Links played against Los Angeles Golf Club. However, Woods’ team was not off to a good start as the LA Golf Club won 12-1.

Rory Mcllroy prepares for Boston Common Golf TGL debut at SoFi Center

Rory Mcllroy is one the most highly regarded golfers. He earned his European Tour card in two starts and has 26 PGA Tour wins. The Northern Irish golfer is also one Masters win away from getting a career Grand Slam- one of the most coveted golf achievements.

Rory Mcllroy will make his TGL debut in match 4, which is scheduled for 6:30 pm ET. It is the first time Boston Common Golf will compete in the tech-infused golf league. The Boston Common Golf will also be the last team to make their TGL debut, preceded by five other teams: Atlanta Drive GC, Los Angeles Golf Club, New York Golf Club, Jupiter Links and The Bay Club.

The TGL action will take place at SoFi Center, Palm Beach, Florida. It is roughly the size of a football field and features giant simulator screens and a 40-second shot clock.

TGL was founded in 2022 and its inaugural season began in January 2025. It features six teams of three players each who will compete over a total of 15 matches. The high-tech 3-on-3 golf league features two sessions per match, with each match lasting two hours.
