CBS announcer Jim Nantz had a slip of tongue while commenting at the 2024 RBC Heritage. The PGA Tour event was concurrently underway with the women's first Major of the year, Chevron Championship.

Nelly Korda won her fifth title of the year, and Nantz took a moment during his commentary on the men's event to congratulate the LPGA Tour player for her incredible win.

However, in the excitement, he mispronounced Nelly Korda's name, calling her "Kelly Norda." Golf enthusiast Robert Miller uploaded a mistaken video of Jim Nantz's commentary. He shared the video on his X (formerly Twitter) account, accompanied with the caption:

"Let me be the first to congratulate Kelly Norda."

It is important to note that Nelly Korda won her second Major on Sunday, April 21. She registered an incredible two-strokes victory over Maja Stark, making history by becoming the third woman to win five tournaments in a row. She joined the tally with Nancy Lopez and Annika Sorenstan, who previously won five tournaments back-to-back.

Meanwhile, speaking of the RBC Heritage, the play was suspended on Sunday due to inclement weather and darkness. Interestingly, Scottie Scheffler is in contention to win his second consecutive event of the year for the second time in a row.

He previously won the Arnold Palmer Invitational and The Players Championship back-to-back but failed to make a hat-trick as he tied for second place at the Texas Children's Houston Open.

Scheffler later won the Masters and had a good chance to win the RBC Heritage on Monday, as he was leading the tournament with five strokes.

When will the 2024 RBC Heritage resume on Monday?

The final round of the 2024 RBC Heritage will resume on Monday, April 22, at 8:00 a.m. ET. Only 10 golfers have yet to complete their game, while the remaining field concluded with the 72 holes of the tournament.

Scottie Scheffler will resume his game in a group with Sepp Straka on the 15th green, while Collin Morikawa and Sahith Theegala will start at the 16th Fairway.

Besides them, J.T. Poston, Tom Hoge, Seamus Power, Patrick Cantlay, Patrick Rodgers, and Ludvig Aberg need to play a few holes in the final round.

Scheffler made an eagle and two birdies on Sunday to extend his lead in the game. Meanwhile, Wyndham Clark was also impressive on Sunday at the RBC Heritage as he shot 65, but he still finished five strokes behind the leader. Aberg tied for sixth place with Justin Thomas and Patrick Rodgers.
