The 2024 Presidents Cup is less than a month away, and both the US and international teams are gearing up for the biennial event. While six players on each team have secured their spots through automatic selection, the team captains are set to announce their picks within the next 24 hours.

The 2024 Presidents Cup will be played at the Royal Montreal Golf Club in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, from September 26 to 29. Jim Furyk is the non-playing captain of the US team, while Mike Weir will lead the international team.

Both captains will announce their respective picks on Tuesday, September 3. As per Bob Weeks of TSN, Weir will reveal his picks at 1 pm ET on Tuesday. LIV-associated professionals are not eligible for selection since the PGA Tour runs the event. Additionally, European players are not part of the competition as they compete in the Ryder Cup.

As of now, Sam Burns, Tony Finau, Russell Henley, Keegan Bradley, Brian Harman, and Max Homa are the frontrunners for the US team captain's picks. On the International team, Corey Conners, Cam Davis, Min Woo Lee, Christiaan Bezuidenhout, Taylor Pendrith, and Nick Taylor are leading in the standings. However, their selection will ultimately depend on the plans of Furyk and Weir.
