Rahm's stellar round propelled him three spots up the leaderboard to claim the lead at the LIV Golf Greenbrier. His impressive 62 included an eagle, six birdies, and just one bogey.

Lucas Herbert, Cameron Smith, Sergio Garcia and Bubba Watson all shot 7-under 63s in the second round. Herbert climbed six places to T2, while Smith jumped seven places to T6. Garcia, meanwhile, climbed 10 places to T10, and Watson surged 23 places to T30.

Watson's 7-under round also marked a personal best (to par) in his two seasons with LIV Golf. His previous best score was a 6-under in the second round of the 2022 LIV Golf Tulsa.

Meanwhile, the co-leaders of the first round at the LIV Golf Greenbrier, Talor Gooch and Jason Kokrak, saw their positions slip after the second round. Gooch dropped one spot to T2, while Kokrak fell five places to T6.

The LIV Golf Greenbrier team competition is currently led by the all-Australian Ripper GC at 36 under par. Brooks Koepka's Smash GC sits in second place at 35 under, while Jon Rahm's Legion XIII is in third position with a score of 30 under par.
