Who is leading the 2025 ShopRite LPGA Classic after round 2? Leaderboard explored

Following the conclusion of the second round of the 2025 ShopRite LPGA Classic, a cut line was established at 2-under par. The top 52 players and ties made it through to the weekend.

Ilhee Lee bears the solo lead at the 2025 ShopRite LPGA Classic. She followed up her opening round score of 8-under par 63 with a 3-under par 68 score on Saturday, June 7. She leads by a one-stroke margin over four golfers who share the second place, including Akaya Furue and Mao Saigo.

Chisato Iwai is one of the five golfers tied for sixth place. The Japanese golfer posted a 5-under par 66 score for the 2025 ShopRite LPGA Classic's Saturday round. Robyn Choi, Jeongeun Lee, and Miyu Yamashita share the position with Iwai and matched her score.

Asterisk Talley is the leading amateur at the 2025 ShopRite LPGA Classic. She is tied for 25th place with nine other players, including World No. 1 golfer Nelly Korda. They all bear a 36-hole score of 5-under par.

About the author

Lathika is one of the newer additions to Sportskeeda’s budding golf journalism team and has brought plenty of in-game experience to the role. Having been a golfer for over 12 years now, some of her crowning achievements include winning titles on the Indian Golf Union Ladies tour and Junior Girls Amateur tour.

She currently competes in Division 1 golf in New York, and hopes to play in the U.S. Open and Chevron Championship one day. She is set to cover the 2025 Ryder Cup as well. Her favorite golfers are Nelly Korda and Tiger Woods, both for their playing style as well as their mental strength. Much of her time away from work is spent playing golf, but she also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and learning new hobbies or upskilling.
