Video: Casey 'ecstatic' with Irish Open win

Reaction from Irish Open winner Paul Casey and Spain’s Jose Maria Olazabal on Sunday.

Paul Casey, Irish Open winner:“I’m ecstatic, I really am. Two 67s for the weekend in tough conditions, (I’m) over the moon. And the way to finish it, that’s what’s really made me happy. I struggled and threw away a couple of shots coming in which was a little bit silly of me but rolling in an eagle and a nice big celebratory fist pump. It’s not often you get to do that.”

(on his return after injury):“You don’t know if it’s going to turn out that way but I’m so happy it has. I’ve put in so much hard work (and) I played beautifully all week.”

Jose Maria Olazabal, Spanish golfer:“It was great. Actually, I played pretty good golf (particularly) those 10 holes. Then I made a few three or four silly mistakes. Well three bad drives and a short putt on the 12th (hole) that caused me dearly, but overall I should be happy.”
