WATCH: Ludvig Aberg gives hilarious reaction to nosebleed before sinking 40ft putt at BMW Championship

The third round of the 2024 BMW Championship is currently in progress, and Ludvig Aberg is vying for his second PGA Tour title. The Swedish golfer is currently tied for third place with Alex Noren, trailing solo leader Keegan Bradley by two strokes, despite encountering a minor setback during the round.

The high altitude and dry air at the Castle Pines Golf Club in Colorado caused Aberg's nose to bleed on the par-5 first hole. He noticed blood dripping down after hitting his second shot. Aberg's unconventional choice to wipe his nose with the dirty part of his golf towel provided golf fans with a humorous moment and left them wondering about his reasoning.

Despite the nosebleed, Aberg remained unfazed. The PGA Tour sensation maintained his composure and proceeded to play one of the most impressive shots of the week at the incredibly challenging Castle Pines Golf Club. After a brief moment of laughter, he went on to sink an incredible 40-foot putt.

The 24-year-old played his fourth shot from off the green on the fringe and hit a firm putt that struck the flag stick and dropped into the hole. Aberg skillfully navigated the green's slopes and began his day with an impressive birdie. The PGA Tour star demonstrated exceptional putting skills, gaining 1.561 strokes in putting for the day.
