Spinach Dip
Rinse 2 oz. of spinach and put it in a bowl. Mix it with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of parsley, 1 tablespoon of chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, some salt and pepper, 1 cup of mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. You can pair it with cucumbers and vegetable slices of your choice.
