Keto Chocolate Bombs
In a bowl, mix 8 oz. of softened cream cheese, half cup of Keto friendly peanut butter, quarter cup of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of salt. Put this bowl in a freezer and let it set for about 15 minutes. Scoop a little out and make small balls out of the mix. Again, put it in the fridge and let it harden. In the meantime, mix 1 cup of Keto proof chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Melt it by putting it in the microwave and stirring it occasionally. Once done, pour some over the chocolate balls. Let it freeze for about 5 minutes and serve.
