Keto Avocado Brownies
Put 2 peeled avocados in a food processor and process it until it is smooth. To this, add half teaspoon of vanilla, 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of stevia powder, 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 eggs and 100 grams of melted dark chocolate. Process.
In a separate bowl, mix 90 grams of almond flour, quarter teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, quarter teaspoon of salt and a quarter cup of erythritol. Combine it with the avocado mix. Pour this batter on an oven tin lined with parchment paper and bake it for 30-35 minutes.
