Breakfast:

1. Mushroom omelet or,
2. Coconut porridge with berries.
Lunch:
1. Cream of spinach soup with some stir-fried mushrooms or,
2. Buttered mushroom with sautéed greens and bacon.
Snack:
1. Upma / poha or,
2. Zucchini chips.
Dinner:
1. Baked tofu with cauliflower rice, broccoli and peanut sauce or,
- Stir-fried Green beans with coconut and peanut.
