This is a 20 minutes EMOM workout and comprises of the following:

1. 15 reps of Push Ups in the first minute.

2. 10 reps Pull Ups in the second minute.

3. 15 reps Sit Ups in the third minute.

4. 20 reps of Lunges in the fourth minute.

This combination is popularly known as Barbara and again uses no weights. There are 5 rounds to this and comprises of:

1. 20 reps of Pull Ups

2. 30 reps of Push Ups

3. 40 reps of Sit Ups

4. 50 reps of Squats

5. A 3 minutes rest period
