Put 15 oz. of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of vanilla and ½ a cup of blueberries in a blender and blend it until it is smooth and creamy. Pour it in a glass and enjoy. You can use strawberries, too.

Instructions:

Rinse and grate 15 oz. of cauliflower and put it in a bowl. Put 3 eggs, ½ an onion (chopped), salt and pepper to the cauliflower and mix. Let it stay for 10 minutes. In a pan, melt a little oil. Put a spoon of the mixture on it and thin it out just so that they are 4 inches in diameter. Fry on both sides for about 5 minutes each. Once done, serve and enjoy.
