Sweet Potato and Avocado Toast

Instructions:

Take a large sweet potato and rinse and scrub it. Cut it into slices and put it in a toaster. Toast until tender and make sure that it does not burn. Take some mashed avocado and add some red chili flakes, salt and lemon juice to it. Stir well and put it on the sweet potato toast.

Dal Chilla or Indian Crepes

Instructions:

Put a quarter cup of green moong dal, yellow moong dal and 2 and a half tablespoon of urad dal in a bowl with some hot water and set aside for 1 hour. Drain it and put it in a blender with 3/4th cup of water.

Blend the mixture until it smoothens. Add 1 teaspoon of green chili paste, ½ teaspoon of ginger paste, quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, quarter teaspoon of chili powder, quarter teaspoon of hing and some salt to the mixture. Add some chopped coriander leaves and mix.

Pour the mixture in a hot non-stick pan and thin it out. Add a little oil to it. Take it off the flame once it turns a little brown. Enjoy.
