Sprout Salad
Instructions:
Add 2 cups of sprouted moong to a bowl. Put chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, cilantro, 1 chopped green chilli, 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of salt, some sugar, 1 tablespoon of jeera, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of ginger juice to the moong dal. Mix it well.
Add some coriander leaves on the salad and put in the fridge for a while. Once chilled, serve.

Paneer Cutlets
Instructions:
Mash 40 grams of paneer and mix some chopped carrot and capsicum to it. Add a pinch of salt, half a teaspoon of mango powder, half a teaspoon of garam masala, some lemon juice and chopped green chili to it and mix it well.
Make small patties out of the mix and cook it on a pan with a little oil. Once it looks crispy take it off the flame and enjoy with your choice of dressing.
