Matcha and Avocado Smoothie
Instructions:
First, mix 1 teaspoon of matcha powder with 1 tablespoon of hot water and keep it aside. Now, in a blender, add ½ chopped avocado, half cup of Greek yogurt, 1/4th cup of vanilla protein powder, 2 teaspoons of sweetener and 1-1/4th cup of almond milk. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
