Trim 400R is an entry-level recumbent bike from Cosco. A recumbent bike offers a lean-back riding position with a padded backrest, which is more comfortable for long workouts. Like the Trim 300 R, this one also looks spectacular. Cosco did a lovely job with the Trim series of exercise bikes. It has an eight-level magnetic resistance along with a 6 kg flywheel. With the magnetic resistance technology, the maintenance is almost zero.
An LCD screen shows time, speed, distance, calories, and hand pulse. We see non-skid foot pedals along with a protective strap. This dual direction machine is belt driven along with manual control to adjust the resistance levels. The seat has horizontal adjustment and is relaxed. It is over 1.3 meters long making it difficult to move it around in the house.
