It may be common but pushups are the best work out to do when you are running short of time and even space. It tests your strength, works your core and even your upper body. Your body must be parallel to the floor, palms on the ground and core straight and tight. The best thing about a pushup is that there are so many variations as well which work different parts of your body and help you tone up and lose weight. Some variations are clap pushups, tap pushups, spider pushups, decline pushups and so many more such variations. A truly dynamic exercise which is a sure shot way to lose the weight.
