This HIIT workout comprises of running, jogging and jumping jacks.
· Walk for 5 minutes
· Jog for 30 seconds
· Walk for 3 minutes again
· Brisk walk for 2 minutes
· Jumping jacks for 30 seconds
· Run for 3 minutes
· Walk for 2 minutes
· Jumping jacks for 30 seconds
· Run for 1 minute
· Walk for 5 minutes
