What to Do after Throwing Up?

It is recommended to avoid eating or drinking anything after several hours of throwing up as it can be difficult to digest.

However, you should stay hydrated by drinking plenty of liquids every few minutes. These can include water, clear broth, sports drinks, apple juice, gelatin, and more.
