Finals Day at Lingfield a possibility for Kempton scorer Ennaadd

ATR

Roger Varian feels the All-Weather Championships at Lingfield on Good Friday is an "attractive option" for Ennaadd after he won so well at Kempton on Wednesday evening.

The unexposed three-year-old caught the eye at the Sunbury circuit with a convincing two-and-three-quarter-length defeat of You're Fired in the Listed Hyde Stakes over a mile.

Ennaadd has now automatically earned a starting berth in the Sunbets All-Weather Mile Championships Conditions Stakes on Finals Day.

Varian said; "A small setback meant he missed the summer and we will make sure he is sound and healthy before deciding what to do next with him.

"It is good that he has qualified for the All-Weather Championships Final, which is an attractive option but quite a long way off.

"Plans can be loose for the moment and there is no rush.

"I think he is a miler - he has a very good turn of foot and a high cruising speed.

"The owner has been very patient and Ennaadd should become a very nice horse next year."
