GSA Super Division: Navajyoti blank Sunrise AC 5-0 on the back of Jessi brace

In a championship match of the Abhishek Motors RG Baruah Guwahati Sports Association Super Division Football League, Navajyoti Club blanked Sunrise AC by 5-0 with the help of 2 goal by Jessi.

Navajyoti enjoyed maximum ball possession throughout the match and dismantled the Sunrise AC completely.

In the 20th minute of the match, Konjeng Kamei gave the 1-0 lead to the Navajyoti. At the end of the first half scoreline remained 1-0.

In the second half, strikers of the Navajyoti pushed hard to find the goal. In the 65th minute of the match, Jessi scored his first goal to increase the lead to 2-0. After 3 minutes, Navajyoti found the third goal courtesy Lalduama.

In the 81th minute, Jehirul fired a perfect volley to give a 4-0 lead to Navajyoti. After 1 minute, Jessi found his second goal and team’s fifth goal.

On the virtue of this win, Navajyoti gained 3 points, and their point tally increased to 16 points.
